Purpose: propose a viewer-ready section order that keeps proof, boundaries, and narrative separated.

## 1. Boundary Documents

Use these first so readers inherit the repo's conservative evidence posture before reading individual runs.

- Boundary documents: state what is in scope and what is not.
- Core reference validation reports: show the bounded coding baseline and canonical seam proof.
- Backfilled reference reports: show later bounded portability, endurance, signer/fallback, and narrow research-transfer proof.
- Normalised technical evidence notes: show key corrections, negative boundaries, and early bounded technical artefacts.
- Gemini narrative synthesis: provide chronology and narrative glue only.
